Performance improvement can be for anything. It measures the efficiency and effectiveness of things for which it’s done. When things require improvement then it shows where the problem lies and how improvements can be made in order to achieve the desired results.
Performance improvement believes in bringing results closer to the goals to be achieved. The emphasis is on achieving the goals by remaining within the strategies and rules of an organization. That is only possible by taking measures in a positive way only.
